Here are a few recipe ideas. My daughter loves these!!

DOUGHNUTS

Cooking Oil
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Powedered sugar

Pour cooking oil in a medium skillet or heavy saucepan to a depth of 2 inches. Heat oil for deep frying to 375. Press each biscuit flat in palm of hand and tear a hole in the center of each one to create doughnut shape. Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side. Remove and drain. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Serve hot. Yield: 10 doughnuts.


APPLE CRISP

4 cups sliced, peeled, cooking apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter
Ice cream

Place apples and water in a 10x6 inch baking dish. Sift, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and add butter. Cream mixture until it is coarse. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.


ORANGE DREAM POPS

1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. whole milk

Mix all ingredients. Freeze in popsicle molds. May add yellow and red food coloring. Yield 4 popsicles


DREAMSICLES

1 (3-ounce) package orange or cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water in a medium-size bowl. Add ice cream. Pour into molds and freeze. Yield: 1 dozen


MONSTER COOKIES

1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1 (16-ounce) box brown sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1 1/2 pounds crunchy peanut butter
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
9 cups uncooked oatmeal
6 ounces "M and M's" Plain Chocolate Candies
6 ounces "M and M's" Peanut Chocolate Candies

In a very large bowl, cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and mix until fluffy. Stir in corn syrup and peanut butter. Add flour and soda. Add oatmeal and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop, drop onto greased cookie sheet, no more than 6 per sheet. Bake at 325 for 13 minutes. Yield: 2 to 3 dozen.
